Sefam Access Lite for Android

If you wish to have remote access to your Starck CPAP device and gain extra insights into your sleep behaviours, we recommend downloading ‘Sefam Access Lite’.

This app allows you to more easily monitor the efficiency of your CPAP treatment, as well as other health or lifestyle data provided by compatible connected devices. To download the app, visit the link on the button below from your mobile device or search ‘Sefam Access Lite’ on the Google Play Store.

PLEASE NOTE:

When setting up the app, we recommend not creating an account, since Australia is not yet linked to the cloud-based remote monitoring system. Don’t worry, you will enjoy the full functionality of the app without the account setup.

Simply connect your phone to your CPAP device and the app will record and display your data. In addition, you can change your comfort settings and add other ‘Connected devices’. 

How to set up Sefam Access Lite on Android

There is no need to set up an account or register an account to use the app.

  1. Initial screen: select “Add Device”
  2. You will need to ensure BOTH Bluetooth and Location are turned ON, and will be prompted to do so if not.
  3. The App will prompt for BT and Location access: need to select “Sure I’d lIke that”
  4. Even though the app may prompted you to allow access for any pairing to be successful,  you may need to manually turn on Location via your phone settings:

Add a device: Select the S.Box icon

Device List: “Add new device +”.

Discovery: Select the device serial number from the available devices list.

App Pairing: On the APP you will see the Bluetooth icon and the word “pairing”

CPAP Device Pairing: On your CPAP DEVICE. To ensure successful pairing your device. When the app says “Pairing” your device will need to be at the start up screen: there needs to be circles that flash across the screen and you need to press the 3 green dots as shown below. Your device screen will then say “Pair”. If your device is not at the below screen press and hold down the power button.
